EPAL ALERT: "Senator" Risa Hontiveros
Neil Tue Jan 29, 2013This photo of a "fiesta greeting" by former Akbayan Representative Risa Hontiveros has been in online circulation for the past few days. (I first saw it at epalwatch.com.)
A simple greeting with a photo, even with the name of the candidate may be acceptable. Using the SENATOR title...now that's clearly EPAL.
The next question is...does she know? This kind of EPALness is easy to deny, which is just sad. I do hope the tarp has already been removed.
